11 unknown treasures

What happens when a group of 11 people from different parts of the world, different social statist come together to form a party to get a treasure that no one has even come close to getting, who is to say the treasure is real? Everyone who did outlive their party hasn't survived long enough to tell the tale. Will they survive? will they die? Who will lead them? What even is the treasure? What small decisions affect the future? What happens when no one knows what they're doing when all they want is pride and fame. How many mistakes will it take for them to learn? How many small decisions impact their future, How can one person's mistakes lead to the near-death of everyone in their party?
