Odeara - The Era Of Embers

The world of Odeara, wrought with war and conflict, ever-changing. Within the conflicts of Kyran and Gahlne, something is discovered which can turn the tides for either side.

A cache of black spikes, who turn crimson in the presence of blood. They seek, pierce, and become one with the host giving them untold powers. Control and manipulation of the world around them; magic. However, all is not well. Those rejected by the spikes are inflicted with the Ember Plague, leaving the victim in a constant state of agony as if their blood were boiling and made of needles. Those accepted by the spike are Branded, and a series of tattoos burn into their skin, permanently marking them as a host.

The main continent is tired and broken by the constant war held by Kyran and Gahlne. Yet through the ashes of these once great countries, the fire will be set ablaze once again through the power of the Branded.
