What happens if Hajime gets sick with despair disease instead of Nagito? What would his symptoms be? Who will take care of him? And how?
Hajime gets sick instead of Nagito. One thing that Hajime consistently demonstrates is self control, so the symptoms Monokuma gives him is lack of control, or Lust Disease. Nagito takes care of him but is not ready for the tasks he may have to do.

Nagito Komaeda is a mute boy. He's been mute his entire life, and fins himself to dream of what it would be like to speak, and being envious of those who do speak.
