Yes, I will include my own characters and with that being said I'be made a new village called the hidden lodestone village and their homage name will be the nakukage I will get more into the rest later like their village sign

I will not be reviving any dead people because as much as I love minato naruto would not be as devoted to becoming the hokage with his parents back being he wouldn't even be the nine tail jinchuriki if they were alive
