It is a bumpy start to the Marauders' sixth year. James Potter is having nightmares about the impending war but instead of talking to his friends about it, he spends his nights sneaking away. Trying to escape his family's involvement in the war, Regulus Black seeks refuge in the restricted section. It's there that they accidentally meet and have their first real conversation. James begins to visit the restricted section to spend time with Regulus, finding a strange calmness with him. Marlene McKinnon resigns from her position as seeker and captain of the Quidditch team, and James is unexpectedly thrust into the role. He turns to Regulus for help and ends up falling for him and his snarky and dirty comments. He struggles to come to terms with his sexuality and his growing feelings for his best mate's brother. Narcissa Black is trying to find herself as she prepares for her arranged marriage to Lucius Malfoy. She meets Marlene McKinnon at a pub, and the two slowly find solace in each other. Filled with drama and angst as the impending war grows more intense, and hearts are broken as difficult choices are made. The story follows the characters' decisions and which relationships will survive amidst the turmoil.

I made this ages ago and honestly, I don't like it. There are some people who do like it and that's alright but for me, I don't like it. You can read it if you want. Their sixth year did not go as planned, James came out as bi, his friends weren't happy, but James wouldn't forgive them so he made them do something, after being reunited, they decided to prank the Slytherin house and ended up in a prank war between some other Slytherins. Regulus somehow gets involved and after pranking the Marauders, Sirius was pissed, he comes up with an idea that nobody, not even James could've predicted! One prank, a wild year, falling in love with the enemy.
