We grew up together. I always knew she was different. She always knew she was different but it didn't stop us. We were together forever, as thick as thieves. We were younger then. She was great at school. She still is. But since puberty things have changed. She doesn't understand how she makes other people feel. She doesn't understand how she makes me feel. All she wants is for us to be like when we were kids. She used to be so advanced but now... It's like she's falling behind.

I lost my mom at 11, that's when it started. My dad became a drunk and I was left to take care of my 3-month-old baby sister.
