Fumiko doesn't believe in planning for the future or dwelling on the past. She focuses on the current moment and never thinks about the consequences of her actions. Pretty much everything she does is strictly implusive. She gets easily distracted, but overall she's a genuinly kind person who doesn't believe in faking her emotions and that's why most of the Port Mafia likes her, but cross her and she'll put you in a body bag herself.
A Tale of False Fortunes spreads a sometimes toxic gas that has different effects depending on what Fumiko wants. She can also create gas bombs. Sometimes it calms people down, sometimes it forces people to tell the truth, it can even plague its victims with terrible hallucinations until they melt from the inside out. Not even Fumiko knows all its uses, but once she discovers one she can use it to her will. She can also create /actual/ bombs.
