Merillia was walking in town when she is suddenly encountered by a bunch of bandits. A pirate comes to her rescue or so she thinks. Turns out the pirate is after her. Well not her, but someone who he thinks is her. She gets captured for the second time in one day and comes face to face with a sexy captain. Just her luck, this entire crew dislikes mermaid as much as you'd like mold on a slice of bread. This is why mermaids don't take strolls on land. With her identity a secret she does her best to avoid coming into contact with water. Well tries as much as you can when you are out in sea surrounded by water and constant waves.

She does sung lovely tunes though, ones of the sea and winds, not ones meant to lure anyone to their doom. She seldom spends time with other merfolk and prefers to be on her own. She is however very curious of the various emotions humans possess and their intensity, since she does not feel these. One day, while Sirène was staying near Pointe de Pen Hir, a dangerous cliffside that plunges right into the ocean. Looking upwards by chance, she saw a human, a man, standing dangerously near the edge of the rocks.
