How to Love

First day back to school and I could already tell who was new, or as people call it, fresh meat. I always thought that saying was strange. The 'fresh meat' they are referring to 7/10 of them smell horrible form sweating so much. That doesn't sound so fresh to me.

Also 9/10 of them end up sleeping with half the school by November, so they're only 'fresh' for 2 months if they're lucky.

Thankfully I wasn't new to this school. I've been in the district for 4 years now and still only have one person who I actually call a friend. That is Austin. I talk to him basically everyday.

I do have a good amount of people that I talk to at school, but they're not my friends. Just people that are conveniently there for jokes. Some I don't even know the names of.

Walking inside the lunch room I tried to look for Austin. We said that we wouldn't come back this year with our virginity. I plan on lying and saying that I had sex with 5 girls. Of course I know nothing about sex or how to lie without it eating me up.

My sister actually finds it strange that I'm the only boy who chooses not to lie. She calms that boys are made to lie. Then me being the supportive brother I am, tells her that she's made to get lied to. I mean if EVERY boy she's ever talked to is a lair that sounds like she's the problem.

Just as I laid eyes on Austin a bowl of cereal went flying by my face. It's 7:45am and there is already a fight happening.

Some girl who HAD long black hair, that is now on the ground, and some random blond girl who I've never seen before.

The blond was on top of the other girl, slamming her fist into her face while holding her hair. The girl with the black hair was scratching at the blonde face trying to get up.

While I just stood there in the crossfire of the food fight that was also taking place at 7:45 in the freaking morning...
