Nelson is a small gerbil who lives in Mongolia in the Scurry Tribe. With her nimble paws and agile reflexes, she learns how to become a ninja like her famous grandpa Rivo who had saved the tribe long ago. She is determined to become a ninja and to protect her tribe with all her heart.
When Screecher the eagle takes away the Sword of Life, which holds the tribe together, Nelson decides to chase after this mighty beast and to return the Sword of Life to her tribe.
She is accompanied by Willow the red panda and Tosko the Panda, her two best friends. They help her get the sword back to restore peace to the tribe.
