When Charlotte Hanover checks into the Hotel Cortez, she soon meets some of its residents, including James March and the Countess. Charlotte immediately hits it off with James, enamored by the suave gentleman. Things take a turn for the worse when Charlotte discovers the truth about James and the hotel, but luckily the alluring Countess is there to help. Despite the dangers of the hotel, Charlotte can't help but feel drawn to the vampire and the ghost.
