Izuku Yagi. She was born to the number 1 and 23 heroes, Allmight and Magnetic. Their real names? Toshinori and Inko Yagi. When she was tested as quirkless, she was neglected by her own parents and abused by her twin sister and childhood friends. 

Little did they realize, she did have a quirk, and it was simply sealed.
