What if there was two victors? Instead of the Haymitch, there him and young 16 year old Scarlett is one of the victory of 58th hunger games since she was 12 year old. With her and Haymitch help Katniss and Peeta to win the 74th of the Hunger games. This will all 3 books in one too. What will happen on the 75th of the hunger games too. when the Victor is to reaped back in the games. will Scarlet or Katniss go back into the games??
