Narcisa Madrigal is the daughter of Bruno who unexpectedly has three gifts: Visions/seeing into the future, teleportation and mind-reading at will.
Bruno had disappeared after Mirabel had gotten no gift, which was just before her ceremony.
Narcisa had grown up being judged and heavily hated by every one except for her best friend: Lily Valentina who has a gift called "Copycat" and no one knows how or why.
Eventually when Narcisa had had enough about her family bad-naming her father, she leaves and goes on a search for him when the magic starts to disappear.
