The first time Peter asked Dr Strange to cast the spell to make everyone except for his loved ones to forget that Peter Parker is Spider-Man, he unintentionally brought a couple of visitors from other universes into his own.

The second time, Peter told Dr Strange to cast the original spell without any changes as he braved himself to live in a world where no one knows about his existence. Instead, Peter found himself back in 2016.
