A young girl lives in a dystopian world where the dark and twisted government controls all citizens, restricting and limiting their lives.

This girl was supposed to work for four years until her life was forcefully taken, like all other Deceivers. She escaped the governments grasp on her last year of life and hid from their watchful eyes, experimenting in an underground lab. With a plan up her sleeve, she aims to outsmart the governments police that finally fund her.

This is a short story I did for an exam this year (2021) in English and I actually quite liked it so I decided to add it as a short story.
