The art in the cover is mine. I made it in late summer, and it's the most recent Eddsworld fanart I have. Tord tripping and falling backwards on sidewalk....Y'know, like normal people do.

As the harshest winter arrives, Pau Van der Velde, a young mercenary, struggles to survive on his own. Abandoned by his parents at a young age, he became a sellsword who fought for obscure groups for any money he could get his hands on. One snowy night, Pau's small camp in the forest is attacked by a group of bandits. Robbed of the little money and food he had, he is left unconscious with nothing but the clothes on his back and a dirty, overused iron sword. Luckily for him, he is found by a group of soldiers known as the Red Resistance that plans to overthrow King Magnus and restore Dalywen to its former glory. During his time with the Resistance, he gets to know a foreign medic with a tragic story of his own... *This is an Eddsworld fanfiction that takes place in a universe loosely based off of that of Fire Emblem.
