Here is a beautiful book of my favorite female characters in Law & Order SVU. This book will include mostly Imagines and some Prefrences. DISCLAIMER, This book WILL include 18+ themes, the reader will be 18+ in all situations. The reader will also be a POC (specifically black). Lastly, this book will ONLY be a wlw book with the Law & Order SVU characters!
*All Law & Order SVU Characters belongs to Dick Wolf, headcanons are my ideas and and characters that I mention and you've never heard of are made up or mine! :)

Maddox's work keeps her busy, too busy for an actual relationship. This has never bothered her since no one has managed to hold her interest... at least not until now. A Rafael Barba/original female character story. I originally posted it on AO3 under a different title (one I've never really liked) and am rewriting it as I post it here. It started from an idea I was kind of playing with and has an unconventional start, but as I kept writing I really started to like the development of the relationship, so much so, that it become the first story I actually finished. There's smut... lots of smut, fluffy bits too. I've fudged Barba's age a bit because I wanted Maddox to be in her mid twenties and a fifteen year age gap was as large as I was willing to go. It has thirty five chapters and I will work on rewriting them in between new chapters for my other stories. They need a lot of work. Wanting to get as far away as she can, she meets a guy named Burton Lowe. Over time, what she thought was paradise turned out to be a fight for her life. Who she thought was the love of her life turned out to be the total opposite. Years passed until she had had enough and decided to do something about it. Now she's a social worker with the SVU, where she fights for victims like herself. She has made a life for herself and is finally happy, living the life she wants. That is, until a blast from the past comes in and wreaks chaos, causing her life to spiral. Will someone be there to catch her before she falls too deep, where she can't climb out?
