new strategy: a rewrite of the mafia

The day the government collapsed in the city; was the day the mafias took action. The fall of such a wealthy place was bound to draw in those little crime syndicates, and to result in the entirety of a new government. As expected, that is what happened. The city everyone all knew and loved was gone. Now, it was an isolated nation. Run by vicious women and men alike, who united to form a brutal government, where kill or be killed became a reality.
However, that government has become weak. With one of the largest branches being brought down, by what appeared to be a single teenager, a certain heir to the throne- chaos has erupted. People have escaped, went into hiding, all the while, something new would come into power.
Along the way, of creeping through alleyways and dodging patrols, Finlay has successfully escaped the view of the public eye, searching for opportunities in the darkest places of the city. By befriending others, rioting the remains of a fallen society, will he come back to power, and take back what was lost over the decades? Or will it all go down, until nothing remains?
