That man was my whole life. He felt... he felt like the first breath when you step outside after rain falls, like when you peer out your window and see nothing but sunlight and birds, and grass so vibrant it felt like the first time you've ever seen it. Like the first dip into a clear pool of water, disturbing the glass-like finish. He felt like opening up a new book, eager to know what happens in the end. Only this ending broke me. He was my Achilles Heel.

Like destiny it was meant to happen. It's poetic and symbolic how even though I read you that letter trying to save my marriage to him in the hospital it was you that ended up saving me in the end. It's poetic and symbolic how in spite of a world wide pandemic and lock down we always found each other and healed each others sadness. It wasn't my sobriety that I was scared to lose. It was ruining the friendship and not having it mean a thing to you!

One of the most painful things on earth is to lose a loved one. Whether in death or heartbreak. It's a pain different from all others. You feel every burn, every ache, your senses awaken, and greedily await a memory to sip in and then wreck your entire being. She took everything. His Light. His Heart. His Soul. It had no end. For years it went on like it would never end. But, it did. Just in passing, a normal day, a day like every other, but it was the day, his heart danced truly and his chest tighten as if a fierce wind had passed by, blending with his soul, leaving a suffocating feeling in his chest, a choking sensation in his throat, there was a pressure making it hard to breathe. ******* "My heart has heated for the human and my blood has flown for him. Every time I thought of him, my heart would ache. It would ache so much I couldn't breathe, the feeling of despair, yet sweetness... Even so, I still couldn't stop thinking about him." Feeling swoons and what not. First crush hits different,right? Especially when your crush is your bff and you got to know he has a crush too,who is not you and little did you always knew it was never gonna be you. Either you have to erase the feelings or keep hurting for the rest of your life. But life wants you miserable,and now you are worse than that. Would Jai ever get over or will fall in the void deeper and alone. This is how it feels to love your best friend. For every person out there that was quiet, not because they chose to be so, but because they were choking in the smoke. Because their opinions were apparently not worth anything. Because they didn't know just how to say what they felt. For every person that is consumed by their own thoughts, the derision from the outside world only making it worse. For every soul that was drowning in remorse and anguish on restless nights. For every soul that says I love you in the dark and in the mirror because no one else does. For the floors we would pace while anxiety sunk its teeth into us. For the mirrors that we would break while shame echoed its laugh in our caged walls. For the hearts that would ache while loneliness was the only company. For every moment of pain and solitude in this world that feels too cruel for such young and frail minds.

I made my way through the dark apartment and found the couch. What was going on at this hour that wouldn't allow me to sleep? Whatever it was it was intense, and I wasn't able to ignore it. The rain could be heard smacking into the concrete and against my window. I step out into my patio to watch it, nothing seems of the ordinary, or nothing I could piece together. I felt...sad in a way. This wasn't my sadness, my heart ached for someone else, but who? Why? I rubbed my chest, puzzled by this mystery. I was somehow feeling someones misfortune. Sometimes we fear truth over reality. But things get dark and heavy and we play the blame game. We end up hurting others or ourselves even. We don't think before we act or we don't say before we do. This is the evolution of my madness. A cluster of rants and thoughts and poems for you guys. Everything is written how I wanted it to be rants will be long with few pauses and there will be mistakes I might have skipped over. Aha.
