A different Pokemon world

This isn't your normal Pokemon fan-fiction, this is a Pokemon story that's a little different.
It starts with the theory that some Pokemon are humans so in this story humans are born with Pokemon powers but some lose those powers before they turn 2 years old but others keep the powers or lock it away and that is when they turn into a Pokemon themselves,
This story how ever is about a young girl who fights to be normal as possible after her father had experimented on her as a baby.
