Tara Eliza Jakob has had to deal with losing her mother, and the forever changing world. The UPPEC has taken over, a group of higher ups that have enforced new laws that they believe will purify the human race forever. They have planned to kill anyone and everyone who is affected by sickness or disease. She stopped believing it was for a better cause when they killed her mother years ago. Tara and her friends think that this group is sick and wrong in their own way. But how can one girl, her sick best friend, and her boyfriend stop the UPPEC alone?
