A freak accident at the genetic engineering lab of Dr. Mephesto contaminates the South Park water supply, causing the children of the odd mountain town to develop secondary genders as they hit puberty. When Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman seek answers for the citywide lockdown that occurs because of it, they find themselves riddled with... problems.
Not NSFW yet, but could be later on. Some horrible things happen in this, as par the course with ABO - implied non-con, teen pregnancy, mpreg, abortion for one poor character. Please take care, I will be listing harmful content as I update! I was going to split this into another fic but have decided against it, I'll just mark certain chapters as smut or NSFW.
(Chef is in this despite him being killed off ages ago because I miss him. 'Chef we have problems' is an integral part of the story! XD)
