A freak accident at the genetic engineering lab of Dr. Mephesto contaminates the South Park water supply, causing the children of the odd mountain town to develop secondary genders as they hit puberty. When Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman seek answers for the citywide lockdown that occurs because of it, they find themselves riddled with... problems. 

Not NSFW yet, but could be later on. Some horrible things happen in this, as par the course with ABO - implied non-con, teen pregnancy, mpreg, abortion for one poor character.
