It all started with a brick to the head, but how is that connected to the rest of the story? 

Joe is a nineteen year old who just got out of the hospital after six months. He had promised his best friend that he would visit her in the hospital every day. But as he struggles to keep it, he meets three girls who all seem to need his help in some way. He tries to help them, but along the way he is becoming close to all four of them and his bad memory is getting in the way. 

All four of them are little dots in his life that he can't seem to connect. Which means that they are unconnected, right? Starting and ending with a brick to the head, Joe can't even wrap his head around his own story.
