Philza Minecraft is a great mercenary, always taking out his targets, for as long as he could remember. He had centuries of training, after all.
TechnoBlade, a once-warrior-turned-king, wasn't as bad as some other rulers that were around, but he wasn't among the best. Yes, he was a king, but he didn't care much for governments, and let his citizens decide on everything themselves, unless it was more that a simple disagreement.
