He had long since accepted his job as a destroyer and understood his vital purpose in the system of the multiverse, but when he visits a mysteriously abandoned AU for the second time, something about it makes him feel....off. When a sudden implosion of an AU wrecks havoc and almost destroys the entire Multiverse, he is forced to find out the cause of this chaos...and how it all seems to tie back to the very same AU that was filled with ash and misery. He never fully understood why he himself had been made to be the Destructor of Worlds, but the secrets inside the world "Ashentale" may help him discover that there might have been a Multiverse before his Multiverse existed. We know very little about Error's past. He couldn't have always been the Destroyer, right? Where did he come from? Was he always a glitchy mess, or was he forced into that by Fate? Will he be able to forge his own Destiny? If you want to know the answers, or at least my version, read on. This is a story of a new AU, nearly as old as Underswap and Underfell, but hidden. This is the story of Error finding a family. This is the story of Error making his own Destiny. This is the story of Error and Startale. No ships are included my current plans. Nightmare - the Guardian of Negativity - is known for being calm, collected and an all about respectable figure. He rarely falters when making a decision, never sugarcoats the facts of the situation and he most definitely doesn't let his emotions take control of him. Given those facts, there must be a logical reason as to why he's avoiding anything to do with Error, right? Sure, Error isn't the nicest to be around, but Nightmare of all people has never shown any hint of dislike towards him; if anything, it's the opposite.
