Jealousy is not a pleasant emotion. It boils and bubbles and rages. It leaves a trail of ugly scorch marks and gives off a foul scent, like those ones that leave a bad taste in the back of your throat. Jealousy eats and burns and tears bridges down, and Yamaguchi can feel it inside him. Guilt is different to jealousy. Guilt is heavy. Guilt is slow and draining. It doesn't burn, it doesn't eat, it just sits, absorbing the life out of you. Guilt oozes its way into your brain and stays, and stays, and stays. It hangs on, never quite shaken off, always there, whispering. Yamaguchi has to learn how to live with both. (Or, Tsukki gets a girlfriend, and neither of them know how to deal with it)
