If you are interested in learning elvish I'd much recomend this books as it not only contains vocabulary content in both Sindarin and Quenya (Old and new elvish) but also great guidelines and helpers about Grammar.
I shall put the ISBN here as well, but just so you know, it is the german version, meaning I make it 10 times worse for myself by translating my sentences from German to english to German to Elvish.
