Izuku has a pre-quirk body. when every one with quirks has one set of teeth he has 2. His tooth falls out the class so worried his dying or sumthin. what about goosebumps,hicups,the organ that just gets up and explode:). wisdom tooth hurting? Just pull it out. just the norm for izuku... Class 1-A not so much.
