Jay is just like any other 12 year old girl. She texts her friends, browses the internet, watches YouTube, among other things. Only one thing makes her different: she is dying. She was diagnosed with lung cancer, and her parents can't afford to treat it. She will dye within 3 months. What will happen when she uses her last dying wish for something no one has ever done before? One thing is for sure: She will cry, laugh and smile before she gets so much more than she asked for.
