Jimin and Megamind are each other's only friend. Megamind is an outcast because he was born differently and Jimin is constantly being abused by his mother at home. Every year they go to the fair, it's kind of like a tradition for them. Throughout the story they both start to catch feelings. Their fair visits get more and more Intimate each year.
