Jaydan is now entering another high school year once again along with his friends Vincent, Natalie, and Mayka. And of course, he can't forget his childhood best friend Kai. Jaydan was more on the easygoing side. Quiet, but friendly and approachable. Kai on the other hand was silent and enclosed, yet charming. It was like any other year. That is, what Jaydan thought at first. Except he started to develop new feelings for Kai. [All art in this book are mine!]

Raised by cold parents who never offered him a glimpse of affection, Kai dedicated his life to earning the love he never received at home. Successful in his studies and devoted to his passions, he found a romance that ultimately shattered him, coupled with the harsh realization that he had failed and that his parents would never acknowledge him. A year after his graduation, Kai felt lost and unsure of how to chart his path forward. Clinging to the one person who had never left his side, he resolved to confront the traumas that haunted him. He never anticipated that the person who would help him the most would be someone he had met right at the beginning of his journey. SMALL EXCLAIMER/ The story doesn't visually describe sexual scenes. There are just a few makeout scenes. The first few chapters are describing a person who is slightly depressed and some light anxiety behaviour situations. It is not a heavy book. The characters are not abusive. The relationships are healthy, and I hope my book is as positive and easy to read as I wanted it to be. However, for some people can be triggering as there are mentions of anxiety and social awkwardness.
