Jiang Meihui lives near the Yangtze River, her home. The horizon during sunrise, her family, and the chill breeze are just a few things she loves about it. Living near the River also means she helps her parents grow millet to sell to the city.

The capital city.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, she takes on her father's job and heads down to the capital for mandatory labor duties and is assigned to work at the kingdom...where she meets the prince, Xiao Xin.
