after spending their childhoods locked up as lab rats. Tallulah May and Caleb Marco were finally let out of their cages, but that didn't mean that they were free. well they somewhat were when they met Sam Wilson, he gave them the life that they wanted, okay he tried. 
    
    when the devastating event that was 'The Blip', they two had just gotten used to the life with half of the population in it. while in the Blip they were in the care of Steve Rogers a good friend of Sam. 
    
    while most rejoiced when their family and friends came home some did not. they became known as the 'Flag Smashers', a group of people who wanted to return to the way the things were during the Blip which was something that both Caleb and Tallulah disagreed with.
