Mirabel Madrigal wakes up in an unrecognizable home with her uncle and a new family. As she grows through the rest of her teen years and early adulthood, she begins to despise her old family, while growing into her new one. 

Through confusion, judgement and misunderstandings, can Mirabel and the Madrigals learn to get along to accomplish the same goals?

Mirabel is kidnapped Mirabel manages to warn the niños to run and they did but Mirabel gets knocked out. Mirabel wakes up, and escapes but gets badly injured and passes out.
