Jack Napier (Joker) has fallen into depression and has almost fully stopped doing crimes. Right now he is staying in Villany a hotel for villains. Mean while Bruce Wayne (Batman) is trying to find the Joker, and stop whatever crime the clown is planning. When he finds the Joker, he finds the clown in a very. . . upsetting state, he then questions the Joker despite the groggy responses. Bruce soon finds out the Joker's mental state and vows to help the crazed clown get better.
