The Mate He Needs

Malachi Vento is of a dying race. Not many is his world still have the ability to become wolf. The idea of mates while real, is now a thing of the past. Especially when his father has him sign into a contract of marriage to Natasha Standish. Malachi hates that his choice was taken from him. Natasha is a stuck up snob, thinks everything is entitled to her. He despises the idea of being married to her, but has no choice. What's worse, Malachi realizes that the woman and mate he truly wants is Ariel Standish. Natasha's sister. She's the complete opposite of Natasha and everything Malachi knows he wants in a mate. It grows harder to ignore but if Natasha were to ever find out it would be Ariel that pays the price.
Ariel has always been the black sheep of the family. Her parents never wanted her, never wanted another girl. Natasha is the prized child. Ariel feels jealousy that she hides at the fact her sister will marry Malachi. Ariel couldn't imagine a better partner than Malachi. He treats her kindly and after all the years of their families being together she wishes it was her walking down the aisle to Malachi. To Ariel she knows that she has to ignore what her heart says. Though temptation is hard to ignore when he's staring you in the face nearly every day. When he doesn't hide the fact she is what he wants.
