~~~ Sequel to Hero by Heart ~~~
Link and Zelda have started restoration of Hyrule, and are well on their way to establishing a peaceful, prosperous rule. But what neither of them expected was to uncover secrets that might have been better left hidden.
After everything they have been through, it seems like they still can't catch a break, and danger is ever close, lurking around every corner.
**Disclaimer: I started this story after the first trailer for TotK, so this is loosely based on those events, but is first and foremost a result of my imagination. Over the course of writing this story, I have added elements from the game as I saw fit. In the end it does tell a very different story.

No longer a hero, living a life of isolation far away from the land that had made him a legend once. Resentful and broken, Link hides it best he can, trying to focus on the future and forget. But Zelda remembers him, the person he once was. He's so different now, and perhaps she is too. Two times. Same people. A mysterious spirit shows Zelda a way to see the future. When she sees Link however, she is overwhelmed with mixed emotions. Now struggling with communicating to the Link in her time, she watches him 100 years in the future in secret. Trying to keep up with her responsibilities and relationships is getting to her, but she so desperately needs to know how Future Link's story plays out, not knowing that it will change how she views him in her time. Notes: 1. This takes place before the Great Calamity while Zelda is trying to unlock her power and switches to present time 2. What does a soldier dream of more than a life of peace? It has been five years since the fall of Calamity Ganon. As Hyrule slowly heals from the wounds of its past, Link and Zelda work tirelessly to rebuild the kingdom they had once known. Even with the old threat gone, the knight struggles to adjust to the peace, unsure what his life may be beyond his duty. The peace is shattered though, when traces of an enemy long believed gone begin to arise. The princess and her hero investigate, they soon find themselves torn apart, and thrust into a new world of danger. Will they be able to preserve the victory their friends had given their lives for? And will Link be able to face his greatest fear of all? The Lonely Hero is the sequel to The Lonely Knight, a novelization of BOTW. This book follows the same characters as that book, in this rewritten version of TOTK.Concluida
Botw Reimagined
This is part 2 of my fanfic series, so If you haven't read the prequel of this story "Botw Reimagined: The Past", I highly recommend reading it before starting on this if you don't want to get confused. Moving from the past of breath of the wild, we finally get to the game portion of the story. Any feedback is appreciated, as well. (Story) 100 years after the tragedy that was the Great Calamity, Hyrule has finally seemed to have regained its footing. However, the seal on Calamity Ganon seems to be weakening, threatening to break any day now. Fortunately for Hyrule, a hero who has been thought long dead finally returns from a long slumber. That hero is Link. After sleeping for 100 years, Link seems to have lost all of his memories, especially the memories of his failure to protect those that he loved. of course, All rights to any known part of the game go to Nintendo please Nintendo, do not strike me down before I finish this series.

They continue to discover the wonders of the Surface, but obstacles from their shared past weigh their hearts and hinder their intimate desires. As I write, my innocent mind grows as much as Link and Zelda's relationship does. Instead of being afraid to share these, I proceed to look upon this as sharing my growth as a writer and a huge release of my secret world unto you, dear reader. I'm in the process of completely transforming this into a better story that feels like it's actually from a Zelda game and including musical and visual media so you see it how I do. BOTW: The Lonely Knight
It has been 100 years since the Great Calamity befell the land of Hyrule, leaving the once prosperous kingdom in ruin. After a century of slumber, Link wakes up alone with no memory of who he is. The voice of the long lost Princess Zelda calls to him, telling him to save her kingdom. With nothing but his courage and his name, he takes on the responsibility to put it back on track. But as his memories begin to creep to the surface, he soon finds not all is as simple as he once thought. Will he be able to cut himself off from his feelings to complete his quest? Or will he be swallowed by them, as every new memory unlocks another secret buried in his heart? A novelization of BOTW's story. (A/N: If anyone is confused about the writing style in the first few chapters, I apologize. I wrote this fanfic when I was still very new to writing.
