This story is all about a town dog clothed because of a hard rain that happened last December 29 2014... It was a typhoon that hit a lot of places in Visayas.. It was called tyhoon Seniang. The story is not related too much about the title. This story happened in Bohol.
I'm very sorry if this story is not that good because I am only 10 years old.. (This story doesn't have the same names as the real people who had this story)
