The Doctor went alone to Equestria for the first time and landed at an unknown region called Silicone Island that the Doctor is unfamiliar, he met ponies on the way and have been suspicious from all over the surroundings of the Island and he knew the Equestria in the first place and yet they have advanced technology, he knows that he needs to go deeper and uncover the secrets of what they're hiding in their curtains.
And what will happen if the Lonely man goes to war?
I do not own My Little Pony nor Doctor Who they belong to their respective owners of the show.
Oh and before you ask me which regeneration or what nth the doctor is
For this story, it will be the 12th Doctor (this time he is alone for now)

The Doctor, in his 10th incarnation, meets another traveller again. He and Kate seem to complete each other perfectly. But he doesn't know how perfectly until he discovers something about her that will change his life forever. I do generally follow the lines of BBC Doctor Who, but might add or change some details. When a huge war breaks out in Equestria Princess Twilight loses everything she loved and cherished the most. Her friends, her family, her Mentor, her Castle, Everything. Luckily there was still one pony, er dragon per say, that was still alive. All Twilight wants is to see her friends again. She misses them so much and wishes that there was a way to see them again. Then she remembers the world she went through In order to retrieve her crown back from the Now reformed Sunset Shimmer. After she Notes Sunset about her coming and staying in the world Sunset now calls home, she goes through the portal back to Canterlot High.
