The thirteenth doctor starts being very self-conscious and all her previous hurt is brought back when she realizes that her innocent crush on Yaz was a bit more. Guilt + negative talk so please be aware of that, there is also some references to suicide and such. This is a fic of thirteen being at her lowest, so low that she can barely think clearly but clear enough to know that she has hopelessly fallen in love with her mate who she is convinced would never feel the same way.
(A lot of negative talk about herself so please if you struggle w that sort of stuff, don't read it! This will also be a part series, the first part is just the doctor being the doctor. Also, this is my first time writing for dr who (and in a year) so I am a bit rusty.)

Abby has been a paramedic for a few years now. She's seen an awful lot of injuries, she's witnessed births and deaths, she's been in very stressful situations. It was all normal to her. Until one day, she comes across something really weird. Alex is 18. He thought he could leave his past behind. But MI6 (today called SIS) had other plans. Another mission, supposedly a pretty simple one. During a chase, he gets slammed against a car. The two guards after him collide with eachother. Alex has to hide in an underground parking space, he has to continue his investigation. Unfortunately, a paramedic sent to the accident wanders off of her group. Under no circumstances should she find out about Alex and what he's up to. Disclaimer: I write this fanfic because I am slowly loosing my grip on reality and Alex Rider is the only thing that keeps me sane. English is not my native language and I've probably made some mistakes but I don't care. This fic is purely for my entertainment but if you also like this story then keep on reading! Upon the young girl's mother's quick conversation with Emily, they quickly found out that Emily had no clue as to where she was, who or even where her parents were, Emily didn't even know who she was. As such, the young girl's mother did the only reasonable, logical, thing...they took Emily with them and also called the police to let them know that she had found a little girl who appeared to be lost. Six years later, Emily's life appeared to be coming together quite nicely...until she met a mysterious stranger who quickly shook her world to its foundations. Instead of the stories she very much liked to read, she was now living a wonderful, mysterious, exciting adventure of her own. What if the Doctor woke up on Earth? Lost her memories and Believes she is an ex Nurse who is now a 'Doctor', she lives in Scotland. She believes her name is 'Dr Jane Smith'. River finds her Wife in the hospital she ends up being in For reasons, noticing the Doctor she thinks she is there for her. But soon realised her 'Memory of being Dr Smith' is what the Doctor believes. Will River find out how the Doctor lost her memories? Can she help her wife? Can she find the Tardis? And how will she react when she realises the Doctor really thinks she's this whole other person. With no other memories but 'Dr Smiths.' This Fics idea came from 'Trust me' a show Jodie is in, the idea formed from SaBeedraws watching 'Trust me'. I've just wrote it within more ideas from myself and her from out discussions about this fic. The first Non, Chapter before chapter one will be information and links to her Socials. She creates such wonderful art, and not just Doc/Riv art there is much more. And it's rather is spectacular it's really incredible. So I do say go check her art out. And thank her for this idea.
