Charlie Smith. He's a highly decorated soldiers with several medals awarded to him for his leading capabilities. He once ordered his tank crews to advance to enemy position and destroyed several enemy MBT by themselves. 

In the next battle, He once again advanced alone and went into the forest and ambushed every single enemy and wiped them out. 

The cycle goes on until 8th of September 2027 when an Russian tank destroyed them. Charlie Smith died due to the ammunition exploding inside of their tank.

Charlie Smith thought that after he dies, he will be sent to either hell or heaven, but...

"WHY AM I A TANK IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE?!"

NOTE 2: Yes, I know that M1 Abrams had a plate to protect the crews from the ammunition exploding, but it will be explained in the prologue
