I stepped directly into his path. "Kade."
He blinked at me, his expression slow and unfocused. "You're pretty," he mumbled.
I narrowed my eyes. "And you are drunk."
He grinned, his balance tilting slightly. "You noticed."
I sighed. "Where do you live?"
His face scrunched in thought, like I had just asked him to solve world hunger. "Uh. Somewhere... that way." He pointed in two different directions.
Useless.
"Alright," I muttered, "I am taking you home."
He blinked. "You know where I live?"
"No," I said, already regretting my decision, "but I do know where I live."
