A short story i came up with after a dream i had. (In no means is this an asumption of historical ways of conduct its purely ficional and based on my brains ability to form ideas.)

A story set in an alternative mid 18th-century setting. I just liked researching bits and pieces for the approximate period and throwing in some historical figures in the mix here and there. I apologize from the start for moving asian characters into european setting! I had no bad intentions with this, I just got this idea and thought why not?! It's an AU! Let it make no sense! 😂 Also, there's no sexism or homophobia there because I said so! At least in my writing I will have it! I wanted to focus more on their feelings and inner struggles, thus a possibility of OOC, but I think it adds to the story nicely. Life is just fine till Li Abelle is arranged to be married with another man she cannot love. Her true love was faraway in her mind yet so near in blood relations with her fiancee. . It just seems almost impossible for Abelle to be reunited with her destined. With family, status, and the media getting in the way of everything...Abelle starts to lose hope of ever having at least one date with the man she desires. Then Abelle realizes something important from her friends and current fiancee. What is true love? Reminder: In China, the last names are put in front first before the first names. Like Li Abelle, Li isn't her first name, it's her last. I only made exceptions for James and Jina Chan to have their names first. The Fate of my Soul.
The second book I ever wrote. It is amateur writing so not really all that great. Still, it is what it is, though please read my more recent fics, I think they're way better Mo Yuan has just returned from his deep slumber, but without his memories. Both of them are in arranged marriages to others. Su Su does not exist in this story Told through Mo Yuans eyes, though there will be times when parts of the story will not be, these parts will be in italics. Note of interest. Di Juns name will be changed to Jun A, which is a name Mo Yuan, Zhe Yan and Bai Zhi gave him when they were children. It is a mocking name given in jest and one that stuck, but they only call him that in private, never in public.
