Time goes by too fast(Dramione)

Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy both use there time turners at the same time and get stuck in the moment not being able to go back, Nobody else except each other can see them or feel them. What will happen once they realise the only real human contact they have from now on is each other? what will happen when they find love while stuck there? And lastly what will happen once they get out?
