⧣₊Kana and Hotaru were two teenaged girls who lived in a little hut near the gloomy forest. They reside far away from other communities, so every time they needed to buy food or acquire supplies, they would have to travel 20 minutes to get to a village. They would hardly be visited by any individual. That means they'd be alone most of the time.

While Hotaru was painting and Kana was enjoying the hot tea she had just brewed, she stood up and walked to the window, the pane reflecting her figure as the rain hammered down like icicles, and she saw something, or rather someone, in the distance. The figure was tall and had an axe. Who could it have been? And why would that person or creature be here, at their home? What was it searching for..?
