What is morality? Is it the ability to tell the difference between what is right and what is wrong? But then who dictates what is right and what is wrong?

In the year 1998,
during a field trip to New York City, four children are abducted in,broad daylight.

What's most puzzling about these disappearances is how they occured.
With no obvious connections between the four kids,
it soon becomes a cold case.
Unable to be solved by any detectives in the NYPD.
Now almost 10 years on,
Will a conclusion be brought to this terrifying turn of events.
