Amelia Watson and the mythic war

The year is 2019, the entire world is a wasteland, destroyed in a war between mythical beings over 1000 years ago, Amelia Watson is one of a small handful of humans still alive. humanity is slowly dying out, and Amelia is about to give up all hope, until she stumbles across a old factory, upon entering she finds a lab with a folder labeled "Project-hope", she then awkens a girl named IRyS, with her first awakening, she explains that she was made to give humanity hope, but the project was discarded, yet she doesn't know why. with her power, IRyS gives Amelia the power to save the world, by going back in time! Amelia must now end a war that destroyed the world. is anybody in this world able to help her, or will Amelia fail to save humanity? (note this is a alternative Universe, things will be different from the real Hololive girls for the sake of the story)
