Like anything else I guess i started with good intentions; imperfect people trying to build a perfect society.But One world war and twelve atom bombs later and The Regiment is still bent over the little utopia of theirs.When adults wouldn't comply they wiped them out.Now their starting over, new slate, but this time with kids.Everyone left have huddled into gangs and groups just trying to survive.Rowan, his two older brothers and their gang get roped into the rebellion against The Regiment.
