After Klaus had turned Tyler and Stefan has his humanity off now and Rebekah had fed on Elena and Klaus had taken some of her blood he brought her to the hospital while they took care of her
His plan is to take her and use her blood to make hybrids.. but that doesn't turn out to well when they start to fall for each other
